Best way to get around Jeju without a car

You can get around Jeju by bus, taxi, rental car or private driver. Choose the option that connects your actual stops and return point. Jetopia's standard Carnival or Staria day is KRW 200,000 per vehicle for 09:00 to 19:00, including driver, fuel, parking, insurance and the driver's meal, with a 20% online deposit.
Can I explore Jeju without renting a car?
Yes. Public buses, taxis and prearranged driver services offer alternatives. Map your accommodation, main stops and return journey before choosing. Jetopia's standard Carnival and Staria day costs KRW 200,000 per vehicle; a separate transfer may suit a single direct journey.
Are buses useful for sightseeing?
Yes, when their routes and timetables fit your stops. Use Jeju's official bus information service to check the departure, connections and return journey for your day. Check the exact bus stop and the route from that stop to the attraction entrance.
Can I request a taxi through an app?
Korea Tourism Organization describes Kakao T and k.ride as taxi-app options for visitors and identifies Jeju as a Kakao T service area. Set up the app and check its current payment options before you need a ride. Dispatch still depends on available vehicles.

Jeju City downtown means its dong neighbourhoods. All other areas include Aewol, Hallim, Hamdeok, Gujwa, Seogwipo and Jungmun. Jetopia uses the full destination address to select the airport rate.
Ordinary full-day tours run 09:00–19:00; a later start still ends at 19:00. Golf, wedding, protocol/VIP, corporate-event and filming transport runs for 10 hours from the agreed departure. Hallasan trips also run for 10 hours from the departure arranged around the hiking start. Early starts are included. Extensions are subject to availability and charged in one-hour units with a zero-minute grace period.
Driver, fuel, parking, insurance and the driver’s meal are included. Separately agreed additions have their own prices. The online deposit is 20%. If your flight is delayed for any reason, your driver waits until you arrive, free of charge.
