Will I still need the airport counter?
Possibly. Document checks, special assistance and airline restrictions may require a counter visit. Check-in and specific seats are not guaranteed.
How are my booking details handled?
After your review and consent, details are used for check-in assistance and boarding-pass delivery. Screenshots, booking references and boarding passes held by Jetopia are automatically deleted the day after your flight date (Korea time). Delivered copies may remain on your phone or messenger.
