Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

For an enquiry, quote or booking request, we may process your name, phone number, email address, messenger type and ID, party size, travel dates, pickup and destination details, itinerary, lodging details, and flight or ferry information. We may also process a messenger QR image that you choose to submit, booking and payment references, and cancellation or refund evidence when needed. Jetopia does not collect your card number or payment password.

2. How we use it

We use this information to reply to enquiries, prepare quotes, handle booking requests, provide schedule and vehicle information, process payments, cancellations and refunds, respond to customer questions, and protect the service. If you use Jetopia inside ChatGPT, information you include in a conversation or tool input may be sent for the app request. OpenAI processes ChatGPT data under its separate privacy terms.

3. Retention and deletion

Booking and contact information used to operate a trip is retained for one year after the trip ends and then deleted. Records that must be retained longer under e-commerce, tax, electronic-finance or other applicable laws are kept separately for the legally required period and then deleted. Information related to an unresolved refund, dispute or claim may be retained as long as reasonably needed to complete that matter.

4. Processors and recipients

• Korea PortOne, Inc.: payment requests, authorization, cancellation and settlement, depending on the payment method selected.
• KG Inicis: card payment authorization and cancellation through the PortOne connection.
• PayPal, Inc.: payment, authorization and refund when you choose PayPal.
• Solapi: the recipient phone number and message content needed to send booking and payment notices.
• OpenAI: the platform provider that processes the conversation and app input when Jetopia is used in ChatGPT.
• OpenAI Sites hosting infrastructure (Cloudflare Workers, D1 and R2): hosting and storage for booking and enquiry data and service files. Cloudflare automatically selects the default D1 location when a database is created; this Site configuration does not reveal the actual country.
• Eximbay: currently disabled in Jetopia’s checkout code, so Jetopia does not currently send personal information to Eximbay. If it is enabled for overseas card payments, this policy will be updated before use.

5. International processing and transfers

Information may be processed outside the Republic of Korea when we use OpenAI, PayPal or Cloudflare infrastructure. PayPal states that it may transfer information to other countries to provide its services. Cloudflare D1 automatically selects its default database location based on where the database is created, and this project does not specify a country restriction. Jetopia cannot identify the current D1 storage country from the Site configuration alone and will update this notice after confirming the hosting account’s location settings. Payment information is sent only to the provider needed for the payment method you select.

6. Your rights and requests

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or restriction of processing of your personal information. Contact Jetopia at +82 10-4009-7535 or through WhatsApp. Please provide your name, a way to contact you, and the request. We may ask for the minimum information needed to verify your identity. If a legal retention duty or an unresolved dispute prevents immediate deletion, we will explain the reason and applicable period.

Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager: acceptance is required in the EEA, UK, Switzerland and when the country is unknown. Singapore receives a one-time notice; elsewhere analytics starts without a popup. Previous rejection takes priority. Reject anytime in Cookie settings. The same policy applies to session storage of UTM traffic sources. Login, language selection, booking and payment remain available.

Provider: Google LLC. we use cookie identifiers, device and language data, sanitized page addresses and traffic sources, consultation, quote, booking and deposit-payment events, and payment amounts and currencies for analytics. We do not put names, phone numbers, emails, conversations or booking/payment access tokens in analytics events. Google may process data in the United States and other countries. Advertising storage and personalization are denied. Analytics cookies and your choice last up to six months. Withdraw consent at any time in Cookie settings. GA4 server event retention follows the operator’s property settings.

Cloudflare Web Analytics sends public-page visit, referral and performance statistics to Cloudflare without cookies or identifying browser storage. You can reject basic statistics in settings below. Admin, private reservations, payment details and consultation screens are excluded.
