JETOPIA / TRAVEL ANSWERS
Can Our Jeju Private Tour Start at the Airport?
An airport start can be requested when your arrival schedule fits the full-day tour. The standard tour runs from 09:00 to 19:00. Your flight's arrival time, airport formalities and agreed meeting time must all be considered before the route is confirmed. If the arrival does not fit, request a pickup transfer and plan the full-day tour for another day. A later start does not automatically extend the standard finish time.
Arriving from Singapore on Scoot
Use the arrival time on your actual flight booking, and check the airline's latest updates. Give your group time to arrive, complete airport procedures and decide how much activity feels comfortable after the flight. XENA can help you explore an airport pickup or a full-day tour that fits the schedule. No fixed flight timetable is assumed here, and not every arrival will suit a same-day full-day tour.
Frequently asked questions
Can we book a shorter sightseeing tour after landing?
Jetopia offers full-day vehicle tours and pickup transfers. If your arrival leaves too little time for the full-day plan, discuss an arrival-day pickup and a full-day tour on another day instead.
What if our flight time changes?
Let Jetopia know through your booking contact channel as soon as you receive an airline update. The meeting time, planned route and vehicle availability need to be checked again. Do not assume that a new flight time automatically changes or extends the confirmed service.
