Is this a private tour for our group?
Yes. This is a private vehicle tour for your own group. Vehicle options include Staria, Carnival, Hyundai Solati and Mercedes-Benz Sprinter. Choose a vehicle to suit your group and itinerary; availability must be confirmed.
What are the tour hours and overtime charges?
The standard full-day tour runs from 09:00 to 19:00, for 10 hours. Additional charges apply after 19:00: KRW 20,000 per hour for Staria and Carnival, and KRW 30,000 per hour for Solati and Sprinter.
How can we communicate with the driver?
Driver communication uses AI-interpreted calls and translated chat in the Jetopia app. English, Chinese and Japanese interpreter-guides are available as paid options.
How much is the deposit, and when is the booking confirmed?
The deposit is 20% of the total. The remaining balance is paid to the driver in cash on the day of travel. Your booking is confirmed after the deposit payment and vehicle and driver checks.
What is the cancellation and refund policy?
Refunds are calculated from the deposit paid. No remaining balance is charged when you cancel. - 8 or more days before the travel date: 100% refund - 4–7 days before: 50% refund - 2–3 days before: 30% refund - 1 day before or on the travel date: no refund If your flight or ferry is officially cancelled because of severe weather or a natural disaster, a full refund is provided after cancellation evidence is submitted and verified. The refundable portion of the deposit under this policy is refunded within 7 days after receipt of the cancellation request, using the original payment method. For card payments, the card issuer may take an additional 3–7 business days to reflect the refund after the payment is cancelled. The foreign-currency amount received may vary under the card issuer’s or payment provider’s exchange-rate and processing policies.
Do you provide child car seats?
Yes. Child car seats are available for KRW 10,000 per day. When booking, please tell us your child's age in months so we can prepare the right seat.
