How to book and pay for a Jeju driver tour online

How do I start a booking request?
Use the request-booking link on Jetopia's vehicle page or its website enquiry channel. Send your service date, passenger count, pickup and drop-off locations, preferred stops and relevant flight times. Include your preferred communication language and practical route requirements. If your flight is delayed, your driver waits until you arrive, free of charge.
What should I check in the quote?
Check the vehicle, passenger count, itinerary, hours, total price, inclusions and any extra charges. The standard Carnival or Staria service is KRW 200,000 per vehicle for 09:00 to 19:00, including driver, fuel, parking, insurance and the driver's meal. The standard finish remains 19:00 for a later pickup.
How much is the deposit, and how do I pay the balance?
The published deposit is 20%, so a KRW 200,000 booking has a KRW 40,000 deposit and KRW 160,000 balance. Follow the payment instructions shown for your booking. The remaining balance is normally paid in cash to the driver on the travel date, and the default payment currency is Korean won.
When does Jetopia finalise my booking?
Jetopia finalises the booking after deposit payment and checks of the booking details and vehicle and driver assignment. Review the final vehicle, service period, pickup details and route in your booking record. Keep it available as the agreed arrangement for your travel day.
Can I discuss my booking in my own language?

Jeju City downtown means its dong neighbourhoods. All other areas include Aewol, Hallim, Hamdeok, Gujwa, Seogwipo and Jungmun. Jetopia uses the full destination address to select the airport rate.
Ordinary full-day tours run 09:00–19:00; a later start still ends at 19:00. Golf, wedding, protocol/VIP, corporate-event and filming transport runs for 10 hours from the agreed departure. Hallasan trips also run for 10 hours from the departure arranged around the hiking start. Early starts are included. Extensions are subject to availability and charged in one-hour units with a zero-minute grace period.
Driver, fuel, parking, insurance and the driver’s meal are included. Separately agreed additions have their own prices. The online deposit is 20%. If your flight is delayed for any reason, your driver waits until you arrive, free of charge.
