Cancellation and refund rules for Jeju private tours

Jetopia's cancellation refund depends on when you cancel, measured from 00:00 Korean Standard Time on the service date. The published percentages apply to the payment amount eligible for refund. An official flight or ferry cancellation caused by severe weather or another natural disaster has a separate exception, subject to supporting evidence and verification.
What are the cancellation refund percentages?
The published refund rates are 100% at least eight days before the service date, 50% four to seven days before, 30% two to three days before, and 0% the day before or on the service date. These percentages apply to the eligible payment amount.
Which time zone is used for the cancellation deadline?
Cancellation timing is calculated from 00:00 KST on the service date. Use that reference time when checking the published timing bands. If you are close to a cutoff, request cancellation promptly through an official channel and ask Jetopia to confirm the applicable band.
What if severe weather cancels my flight or ferry?
The terms provide a 100% refund when a flight or ferry is officially cancelled due to severe weather or another natural disaster, after supporting evidence is submitted and verified. A poor forecast, an ordinary delay or a cancelled attraction is not the stated exception.
How do I request cancellation or a refund?
Use the cancellation/refund option on your booking confirmation page, the website enquiry channel, telephone or the messenger used for your consultation. Provide your booking reference if available, service date and contact details. The official terms include the available contact links.
How long does a refund take?
The refundable part of the deposit is returned to the original payment method within seven days after the cancellation request is received. For cards, the issuer may need an additional three to seven business days to show the refund. Exchange-rate and processing policies can affect the foreign-currency amount received.

Jeju City downtown means its dong neighbourhoods. All other areas include Aewol, Hallim, Hamdeok, Gujwa, Seogwipo and Jungmun. Jetopia uses the full destination address to select the airport rate.
Ordinary full-day tours run 09:00–19:00; a later start still ends at 19:00. Golf, wedding, protocol/VIP, corporate-event and filming transport runs for 10 hours from the agreed departure. Hallasan trips also run for 10 hours from the departure arranged around the hiking start. Early starts are included. Extensions are subject to availability and charged in one-hour units with a zero-minute grace period.
Driver, fuel, parking, insurance and the driver’s meal are included. Separately agreed additions have their own prices. The online deposit is 20%. If your flight is delayed for any reason, your driver waits until you arrive, free of charge.
